Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Lead Generation
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, hospitals, and senior citizen communities.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and service gaps.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective residents and families.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Engage with potential residents and families to understand their needs and offer suitable care solutions.
  • Organize facility tours and information sessions to showcase company services.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients, caregivers, doctors, and influencers.
  • Strategic Partnerships
  • Establish partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, NGOs, and community health workers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute awareness campaigns and events.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Track sales metrics, lead conversions, and occupancy rates.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.
  • 5. Brand Advocacy
  • Represent at community events, health expos, and networking forums.
  • Promote the company's core values of empathy, dignity, and respect in every interaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate (Degree Certificate required)
  • MBA in Healthcare, Marketing, or Sales preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Healthcare, Elder Care, or Service industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
