Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is central to the growth of AKA Realty and involves driving client acquisition, nurturing relationships, and building long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate will identify and engage potential clients, including HNIs and investors, while uncovering new opportunities within Alibaug's rapidly evolving real estate market. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing tailored investment and acquisition strategies, crafting impactful proposals, managing negotiations, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic collaborations and market penetration.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
  • Experience in market research and identifying opportunities, ideally within real estate.
  • Proficiency in designing marketing strategies, preparing proposals, and presenting to prospective clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the Alibaug or coastal real estate market is a strong plus.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
