Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager who understands how digital advertising sales actually works — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
This role is about bringing business to the table, not waiting for leads to come in.
You will be responsible for generating new business across branding, influencer marketing, social media, performance marketing, and website development.

Key Responsibilities1. New Business Development• Identify and approach potential clients across D2C, FMCG, health & wellness, and lifestyle brands
• Generate leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and references
• Set up meetings and pitch digital marketing solutions
• Build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
• Maintain daily outreach activity
No pipeline = No sales. Simple.
2. Client Pitching & Presentation• Understand client requirements and business challenges
• Present digital marketing solutions tailored to their goals
• Pitch services including:
– Influencer Marketing
– Social Media Marketing
– Performance Marketing
– Website Development
– Branding & Creative
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Handle objections confidently
3. Deal Closure & Negotiation• Lead negotiations with clients
• Close deals aligned with company pricing strategy
• Ensure commercial clarity before onboarding
• Work closely with internal teams to finalize scope
Closing matters more than pitching.
4. Pipeline & Revenue Management• Maintain accurate sales pipeline records
• Track lead stages and expected closures
• Forecast monthly revenue
• Ensure revenue targets are met consistently
5. Client Relationship Building• Build strong relationships with brand owners and decision-makers
• Maintain follow-ups until deal closure
• Ensure smooth handover to servicing teams
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
6. Market & Industry Awareness• Stay updated with digital advertising trends
• Understand competitor offerings
• Identify emerging industries and opportunities
• Spot high-growth categories early
Daily Work ExpectationsThis role involves:
• Cold outreach
• Sales calls & meetings
• Proposal creation
• Negotiation discussions
• Pipeline follow-ups
• Revenue tracking

Required Skills• 3–5 years experience in digital advertising or agency sales
• Proven experience closing deals
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand digital marketing services
• Comfortable handling objections and negotiations
• Strong follow-up discipline
• Organized and target-driven
Preferred BackgroundStrong advantage if you have sold:
• Digital marketing services
• Influencer campaigns
• Social media retainers

• Performance marketing services
Agency sales experience preferred.
