Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for advertising agency. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, pitching agency services, building client relationships, and closing deals in the Mumbai market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Pitch advertising, branding, digital marketing, and creative services to potential clients.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings (online & in-person) across Mumbai.
  • Understand client marketing needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimates in coordination with the internal team.
  • Negotiate commercials and close deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and upselling.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market movements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 17 years of experience in business development or sales (agency background preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing services.
  • Self-motivated with a strong target-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable with client meetings and field sales in Mumbai.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and LinkedIn.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
