Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities for Postboy's creative and production services
  • Identify and approach brands, marketing heads, and decision-makers
  • Pitch creative solutions, including ad films, branded content, social media campaigns, and design services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners
  • Lead conversations from first outreach to closure and onboarding
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to craft proposals and presentations
  • Track leads, meetings, and closures through structured follow-ups
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What We're Looking For
  • 2–3 years of business development or client servicing experience in an advertising agency, production house, or media company
  • Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and creative production workflows
  • Proven track record of closing deals or onboarding clients
  • Confidence in pitching and negotiating with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented role
  • Existing industry connections will be a strong advantage
