Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities for Postboy's creative and production services
Identify and approach brands, marketing heads, and decision-makers
Pitch creative solutions, including ad films, branded content, social media campaigns, and design services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners
Lead conversations from first outreach to closure and onboarding
Collaborate with internal creative teams to craft proposals and presentations
Track leads, meetings, and closures through structured follow-ups
Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What We're Looking For

2–3 years of business development or client servicing experience in an advertising agency, production house, or media company
Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and creative production workflows
Proven track record of closing deals or onboarding clients
Confidence in pitching and negotiating with senior stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented role
Existing industry connections will be a strong advantage
