Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing comprehensive strategies to drive growth. Daily tasks include market research, client engagement, preparing business proposals, collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding the company's customer base and fostering long-term partner relationships.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Business Development and Sales.
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Client Prospecting, and Strategic Planning.
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Relationship Building, and Networking.
  • Ability to develop and deliver Business Proposals and Presentations.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a result-driven approach and the ability to meet targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in the electronic or security systems industry is an advantage.
