Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in blue-collar industries. This role involves identifying new labor agency, nurturing those agencies, and promoting services that rely on skilled or semi-skilled labor. You will be responsible for growing revenue, building partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and target potential agency in relevant sectors (e.g., contractors, warehouses, industrial plants).
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing agencies.
- Proposal & Pitching: Prepare presentations and service proposals tailored to client needs.
- Market Research: Analyze trends in blue-collar industries to identify growth opportunities.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular performance updates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations and HR teams to ensure project delivery capacity and workforce availability.
- Contract Negotiation: Assist in pricing, contract drafting, and service-level agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
