Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for managing the existing sales pipeline, generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met through strategic planning and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage both existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to build a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in line with targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Arrange business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
  • Attend promotional events and trainings conducted by OEMs, and maintain active communication with them
  • Prepare sales contracts in line with company policies
  • Maintain customer data for own and competitors products
  • Visit customers regularly and pitch company products
  • Follow up with prospective clients for demos, testing, and technical discussions
  • Collect customer feedback and maintain strong relationships through regular phone, email, and personal contact
  • Follow up daily with clients for pending payments after coordination with operations and finance departments
  • Coordinate daily with operations team to track orders until final delivery
  • Send weekly product mailers via email and WhatsApp
  • Submit daily and weekly reports to the Head of Department (HOD)
  • Make cold calls daily to fix meetings and manage follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Assist management in launching new products and suggest special promotions or discounts
  • Review weekly performance and aim to achieve or exceed assigned targets

Requirements

  • Proficient in email communication and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and confident personality
  • Passionate about marketing and sales functions
