About the Role
Ambitious with responsibility of client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue expansion preferably in Automobile / GCC / Mining sectors focusing on manpower outsourcing/technical staffing.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and onboard clients.
Conduct market mapping, lead generation, networking, across domestic regions
Understand workforce requirementsblue-collar, white-collar, engineering, technical, and project-based staffing
Strong Negotiation skill Particulary on pricing and payment payment terms.
Maintain strong relationships with the client.
Track competitor Mnovements and industry staffing trends
Maintain CRM database, revenue forecasting & reporting
Achieve revenue, margin, and client acquisition targets
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven sales experience in automobile staffing, GCC contracting, mining workforce solutions, or recruitment services
Understanding of plant operations, project lifecycle & manpower deployment models
Strong industry network and decision-maker access
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Knowledge of staffing statutory compliances (India & GCC)
Ability to manage long sales cycles and commercial closures
Result-oriented, persuasive, disciplined, and self-driven
Education
Bachelor's in Engineering/Business/Marketing, MBA optional
Preferred Exposure
Worked with Automobile OEMs, Mining Companies, GCC EPC firms or industrial groups
Exposure to bulk hiring, remote site staffing or project manpower

New client acquisitions

Number of Empanelments/SLA sign-offs
Client satisfaction & repeat business
Travel Requirements
Domestic travel based on business needs
