About the role
At 3minds, we are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented Business Development Manager / Director who can drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and contribute to the overall business expansion of the agency.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling digital and creative services, managing large accounts, developing sales strategies, and leading business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and founders to understand business objectives and create effective sales strategies.
- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets across India.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, market research, and outbound sales activities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship-building.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, pitch presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closures.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of business goals.
Strategic Growth
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop annual sales plans, revenue forecasts, and budget recommendations.
- Drive initiatives that increase awareness and adoption of the agency's products and services.
- Identify opportunities for new campaigns, service offerings, and distribution channels.
Client & Account Management
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Handle large and multiple client accounts while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Create customized proposals and business solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts effectively.
Digital Agency Solutions
The candidate should have proven experience in selling one or more of the following services:

Reporting & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline records.

- Track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure revenue collection and business profitability objectives are met.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within a Digital Marketing, Branding, Creative, Technology, or Advertising Agency.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing high-value deals.
- Experience managing enterprise and mid-market clients.
