Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Key tasks include building client relationships, managing a sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and presenting our products and services to prospective clients. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and aligning business objectives with market trends.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and B2B sales
  • Experience in account management and engaging with clients
  • Ability to conduct market research, identify opportunities, and forecast sales trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a competitive environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant experience in technology, real estate, or community management will be a plus
