Business Development Intern

The Business Development Intern will play a key role in supporting the growth and outreach efforts of Smarttopia Edu Tech. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, engaging potential clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The intern will also collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support business strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to identify trends, assess opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
• Effective Communication skills for presenting ideas, building relationships, and conveying value propositions
• Experience or ability in Lead Generation and developing innovative strategies to attract prospective customers
• Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns effectively
• Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and taking the initiative
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• A background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
