Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Intern. The successful candidate will support the business development team in identifying potential opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and fostering strong customer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, reaching out to prospective clients, contributing to customer service excellence, and collaborating with internal teams for growth initiatives. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR tech industry.

Work Location: Rajarajeshwari Nagar

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Contact customers and potential clients through calls and follow-ups.
  • Explain company products/services to customers professionally.
  • Book orders and maintain customer records.
  • Schedule meetings between clients and the sales team.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication.
  • Maintain daily reports of calls, meetings, and orders.
Requirements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
  • Confidence in speaking with customers over calls.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
