Role Description

This is an internship role for a Business Development Intern. The intern will focus on tasks including lead generation, conducting market research, fostering and maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business development efforts. Responsibilities also include assisting in identifying growth opportunities and contributing to marketing strategies. The role is hybrid, based in Lucknow, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and identify business opportunities
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and presenting ideas effectively
• Experience or interest in lead generation and market research
• Customer service proficiency to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Educational background in Business, Marketing, or related fields (pursuing or completed)
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for business development is a plus
