Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients across the IT, BPO, and other emerging sectors
  • Assist in outreach strategy execution: email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calls
  • Support creation of pitch decks, proposals, and follow-up materials
  • Analyze lead-generation metrics and recommend improvements for conversion rates
  • Maintain CRM tools and manage the sales pipeline accurately
  • Coordinate with recruitment and marketing teams to align growth initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interest inB2B sales, staffing, and IT services
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable using tools like Excel, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Available for a45-day internship
