Room Mitra builds simple AI tools for hotels to handle guest requests, calls, and bookings.

Instead of guests calling the front desk for everything, hotels use our website chat, AI phone assistant, and in-room tablets.

We're an early-stage startup, currently working with real hotels and running live pilots.

About the Internship

This is a full-time, on-site internship in Bengaluru, where you'll work closely with the founders.

If you're curious about startups, sales, and how businesses actually find customers, this role is for you. You don't need prior sales experience. We'll guide you.

What you'll work on

• Research hotels and hospitality brands
• Help reach out to hotels via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Join sales calls and product demos to see how real deals happen
• Talk to potential customers and note down their feedback
• Help improve our pitch, messaging, and outreach approach

Who should apply

• Students or recent graduates
• Comfortable speaking to people and asking questions
• Curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to try things
• Interested in startups, sales, or business roles
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Docs, LinkedIn)

Nice to have (not required)

• Interest in hospitality, startups, or technology
• Prior internship, college club, or project experience
• Willingness to talk to customers and learn from rejection
