About the Role :

As a Business Development Intern, you'll work closely with NST's sales team to support outbound efforts and early-stage sales conversations. This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role for people who enjoy outreach, conversations, follow-ups, and moving things forward. You'll get real exposure to how B2B sales actually works - not theory.

What You'll Do :

  • Research and identify startups, scaleups, GCCs, and enterprises aligned with NST's programs.
  • Reach out to decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Drive follow-ups, manage responses, and keep conversations warm.
  • Support discovery conversations and help qualify leads before handoff.
  • Run parts of the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to deal closure under guidance from the sales team.
  • Maintain clean CRM data and track outreach activity and metrics.
  • Help refine outreach messaging and sales collateral.

Who We're Looking For :

  • Final-year students or recent graduates who enjoy speaking to people and driving outcomes.
  • Strong preference for candidates who have:
  • Worked with their TPO / placement cell, or
  • Organised college events, fests, or industry interactions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and basic analysis.
  • Curious and hands-on with AI tools for research, writing, or productivity.
  • High-energy, proactive, organized, and reliable with follow-through.

Internship Details :

  • Duration: 6 months
  • High performers may be considered for full-time BD roles.
