Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Intern will conduct market research, identify potential leads, support lead generation activities, and engage with potential clients to establish relationships. Additionally, the intern will assist in customer service tasks, collaborate with the team to develop strategies for business growth, and provide insights to improve client engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in conducting Market Research
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience or aptitude in Lead Generation and client relationship management
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take initiative
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Must be comfortable to interact with clients over call
