Role Description

As a Business Development Intern, you will support the team in identifying potential business opportunities and strategies to drive growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, and supporting customer acquisition activities. You will also engage in day-to-day communication with potential clients, assist with campaign planning, and support the development of proposals. This is an internship position that follows a hybrid model, requiring on-site presence in New Delhi with the flexibility to work remotely when feasible.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Market Research to identify trends and opportunities
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Experience or understanding of Lead Generation strategies and techniques
• Proficiency in Customer Service to address client needs and maintain relationships
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus

Stipend - Rs 3,000 + 10% Commision on converted business.

Hybrid Model - 3 WFO and 2 Days WFH
