About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our SaaS sales team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in technology, software solutions, and B2B sales. As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with the business development and sales team to support lead generation, client outreach, product demos, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibility

  • Identify and research potential clients and target companies
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and outbound outreach.
  • Assist in scheduling product demos and discovery calls
  • Support the sales team in managing the sales pipeline and CRM updates
  • Understand the company's SaaS product offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have completed Graduation or Post-Graduation in any relevant field.
  • Interest in SaaS, technology, and B2B sales
  • Comfortable with client interaction and outbound communication
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Keen interest in the latest AI tools, trends, and developments.
  • Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing tools and cold calling.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS business models and software products
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills
