You will be part of a centralized growth function that drives pipeline across multiple high-growth businesses — each with a distinct market, a distinct buyer, and a distinct problem worth solving. What we are looking for:

Role: Business Development Intern

As a Business Development Intern, you will support the outbound sales and lead generation efforts across multiple client portfolios. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, prospect research, lead qualification, and client outreach. You will work closely with the Business Development team to identify potential customers, initiate conversations, and contribute to pipeline growth.

Location: Bangalore (With travel across India)

Duration: 3 Months

Note: This is a paid internship, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance.

What you will do:

  • Research companies, industries, and potential prospects.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists using online tools and databases.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions in the CRM.
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Track key metrics and provide regular updates on lead generation efforts.
