Role Description The Business Development Intern role at Kahaaneeya is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. In this role, the intern will support lead generation efforts, identify potential clients, and assist in nurturing relationships through calls, emails, and meetings. The intern will conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor positioning, and client needs, and help translate these insights into actionable business development opportunities. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams on proposals and presentations, and providing customer service support to ensure a positive client experience. The intern will also contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and participate in team discussions around brand storytelling and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and business data.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, with interest in prospecting, outreach, and pipeline support.
  • Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and report on industry and competitor information.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with CRM tools, basic knowledge of marketing or branding concepts, and proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity software.
  • Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in New Delhi and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
