Company: Growth Leaders Consulting (GLC)

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Opportunity: Potential full-time employment as a business development executive upon successful completion of the internship.

About the Role

Growth Leaders Consulting, a Noida-based digital marketing agency, is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Intern to help identify new business opportunities and generate leads, primarily from small and medium-sized businesses across the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyse the local market to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and decision-makers.
  • Generate leads through email outreach and telecalling.
  • Reach out to small and medium-sized businesses across Delhi NCR.
  • Understand prospective clients digital marketing needs and introduce relevant GLC services.
  • Follow up consistently with interested prospects and help move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve business development and lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements
  • Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email, internet research, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Confident and comfortable with telecalling and prospect outreach.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Candidates based in Delhi or Noida will be preferred.
