About the Role

Etelligens Technologies is looking for energetic and highly motivated Business Development Interns to join our IT Sales team. If you possess excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with clients, and are eager to build a career in international IT sales, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
  • Identify potential clients and qualify business opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and present the company's IT services and software solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales and lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confident in interacting with international clients.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or technology solutions is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Eligibility
  • Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or International Sales.
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing final year) in any discipline.
  • Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
