PipeLoom is a sales and go-to-market (GTM) partner that collaborates with SaaS and startup teams to create sustainable and repeatable sales processes. Role Description

This is an internship opportunity for a Business Development Intern, based in Gurugram. The intern will assist with lead generation, market research, and sales outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, analyzing market opportunities, communicating with prospective leads, and supporting the team in developing customer acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target companies and decision-makers.
  • Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria.
  • Schedule qualified product demo meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate tracking of all outreach activities.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize meeting conversions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly meeting-generation targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident speaking with senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong willingness to build a career in B2B Sales or Business Development.
  • Highly proactive, disciplined, and target-oriented.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling prospect conversations.
  • Strong learning mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Prior internship or experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Customer Success is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Bachelor's degree completed (mandatory).
  • Candidates currently pursuing graduation or post-graduation are NOT eligible.**
  • Available to join immediately or within 15 days.
  • Available to work full-time
