Role Description
You'll be at the forefront of our supply engine—consulting with high-net-worth property owners, assessing vacation rental potential, and guiding them through a seamless onboarding journey. This isn't just a sales role—it's about creating strategic relationships that unlock real value.
Responsibilities
- Drive new supply growth by identifying and onboarding high-potential properties into our portfolio.
- Understand property owner needs, conduct revenue potential assessments, and present the right service model (PMS, Co-Host, Full Stack).
- Own the end-to-end onboarding journey: from first meeting to signed agreement and internal handover.
- Collaborate with transformation, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth go-lives.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads using platforms like LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound interest.
- Contribute market insights and property trends from the ground to leadership for strategy refinement.
