We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and build verified contact databases for D2C brands in India as part of a market validation and pilot launch initiative.
If you have experience generating high-quality B2B leads for D2C brands and know how to find decision-makers (not just generic emails), this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify D2C brands operating in Bengaluru (multi-outlet preferred)
- Research and collect verified contact details of:
- Founders / Co-founders
- Operations Heads
- Marketing Heads
- Procurement Managers
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach, etc.
- Maintain structured lead sheets (Google Sheets/CRM-ready format)
- Segment leads based on outlet size, expansion stage, and target fit
- Deliver weekly lead reports with quality checks
Required Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in B2B lead generation
- Prior experience generating leads for D2C brands or retail/F&B businesses
- Strong LinkedIn research skills
- Experience using lead-gen tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.)
- Ability to identify decision-makers, not just generic store contacts
- Strong data hygiene & attention to detail
- Understanding of Bengaluru F&B ecosystem (preferred)

- Experience working with early-stage startups
- Experience with cold email campaign preparation
- Understanding of retail chain expansion models
Compensation
- Project-based or monthly retainer (based on experience)
