About the Role-
We are hiring a Business Development Intern for a 6-month internship to support our sales and lead-generation efforts. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to build a strong foundation in IT sales, Upwork bidding, client communication, and business development strategy.
You will work closely with our senior BD team, tech team, and leadership to understand real-world business processes in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities-
Lead Generation & Research
Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms
Perform research on domains, industries, and project opportunities
Assist in basic Upwork bidding and proposal preparation
Sales Pipeline Support
Help maintain sales trackers and CRM sheets
Organize and categorize inbound/outbound leads
Learn how to qualify leads and understand client pain points
Client Communication Support
Draft professional emails and follow-ups
Assist seniors during client discussions and prepare meeting summaries
Coordinate with internal teams for requirement gathering
Proposal & Marketing Support
Support in creating pitch decks and presentation materials
Assist in writing proposals using templates and AI tools
Help prepare marketing collateral when required
Learning & Strategy
Get hands-on training in BD tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, Upwork
Learn about pricing, scoping, and sales strategy
Participate in team discussions and strategy sessions
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
Strong verbal & written communication
Good research and organizational skills
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or IT services
Comfortable using LinkedIn and online tools
Good-to-Have (Optional):
Knowledge of Upwork or similar platforms
Understanding of Web, Mobile, Game, or XR technologies
Experience in proposal writing or outreach
