About the Role

This role works directly with the Founder's Office to drive partnerships, brand onboarding, growth initiatives, and strategic projects.

You will work on high-impact problems across brand acquisition, category expansion, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on execution + strategy role, not just coordination.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and onboard new jewellery and watch brands onto the platform
  • Reach out to founders/brand owners and manage end-to-end partnership conversations
  • Pitch Eternz's value proposition and close deals
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential partners
  • Support category expansion and supply-side growth
  • Analyze brand performance and suggest ways to grow GMV
  • Work on pricing, promotions, and assortment strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and catalog teams to launch brands smoothly
  • Assist founders on strategic initiatives and special projects

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building
  • Structured thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • High ownership and bias for action
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and move fast

Good to Have

  • Startup or marketplace experience
  • Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or jewellery categories
  • Prior BD/sales/internship experience
  • Basic understanding of business metrics (GMV, margins, growth)
