Business Development Intern

Note: We are looking for Graduates from Delhi-NCR as physical visits will be required to client locations in Delhi.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated full-timeBusiness Development Intern to support business growth initiatives through market research, lead generation, and client engagement. This role offers hands-on exposure to core business development activities in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and new business opportunities
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support lead generation through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Maintain client data and CRM records
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and support
• Visiting client locations in Delhi

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts
• Lead identification and qualification skills
• Research and analytical abilities
• Confidence in client interaction (calls, emails, meetings)
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email tools, or CRM systems

Note: This is a 3-month internship program, structured as follows:

• Month 1: Unpaid internship focused on initial training, onboarding, and evaluation.
• Months 2–3:Stipend-based training period, subject to performance and successful completion of the first month.
