THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Cold Calling Intern to join our B2B outbound sales team in Noida. This is a ground-floor role designed for recent supply chain graduates who want to get into enterprise SaaS sales without waiting for years of experience to accumulate.

You will be working on real enterprise accounts, using structured scripts and defined playbooks, and engaging directly with operations heads and supply chain leaders. Every deal you help generate has your fingerprints on it.

Top performers convert to full-time Business Development Associates at the end of the 6-month internship. This is not a maybe. It is the plan.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Make 50 to 60 outbound calls daily to target companies across logistics, FMCG, distribution, and manufacturing

Engage operations managers, warehouse heads, and supply chain leaders with a clear, value-led pitch

Qualify prospects against defined criteria and move them through the sales pipeline

Book discovery meetings for the senior sales team

Maintain accurate call logs, prospect notes, and pipeline updates in the CRM

Work with structured call scripts and improve them based on real feedback from the field

Participate in weekly team reviews and sales training sessions

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are targeting recent graduates from supply chain, logistics, or operations programs. You do not need prior sales experience. You need the right mindset.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field

Based in Delhi NCR or willing to work from our Noida office

Strong communicator in English and Hindi, comfortable talking to senior professionals on the phone

Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by results rather than tasks

Coachable and willing to follow a process while bringing your own energy to it

Genuinely curious about how enterprise software solves real supply chain problems

NICE TO HAVE

Prior internship or project experience in supply chain, warehousing, or logistics operations

Exposure to ERP, WMS, or TMS tools, even as a user

Experience with any outbound sales or telecalling role, even briefly

MBA or postgraduate coursework in Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain

WHAT YOU GET

Fixed Monthly Stipend

Rs. 12,000 to 15,000

Performance Incentives

Earn up to additional Rs. 15000 per month based on targets
