Job Description

Company Description PipeLoom is a human-led sales and go-to-market (GTM) partner for SaaS and startup teams that want support beyond strategy presentations. The company helps build end-to-end sales motions, from defining ideal customer profiles and positioning to outreach, qualified pipeline generation, execution, and deal closure. PipeLoom works closely with founders and early-stage teams as an embedded partner rather than an external consultant. The focus is on creating a solid GTM foundation, delivering measurable pipeline, and staying involved through the entire sales cycle. This approach enables clients to build repeatable, scalable sales processes instead of one-off wins.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in Gurugram. The intern will support sales pipeline development by researching target markets, identifying potential customers, and assisting with lead qualification. They will help execute outbound outreach through email, calls, and social channels, and maintain accurate records in CRM and related tools. The role includes coordinating with the sales and founder teams to prepare pitches, presentations, and reports, as well as tracking performance metrics. The intern will also assist in gathering customer feedback and market insights to refine messaging, ICP definitions, and GTM strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate markets, and prioritize leads.
  • Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for outreach and internal collaboration.
  • Lead Generation and Customer Service skills to identify prospects, nurture relationships, and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Market Research abilities to understand industries, buyer personas, and competitive landscapes.
  • Interest in B2B SaaS, sales, and GTM strategies, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software is an advantage.
