About Role: We are looking for proactive and confident Business Development Interns with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with prospective learners, qualifying leads, assisting with document verification, and supporting the admissions process.
This role offers hands-on exposure to CRM tools, sales operations, lead management, and customer relationship building.
Location: Janakpuri
Mode: On-site
Duration: 3 Months
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Timings: 10 AM to 7 AM
Roles & Responsibilities
- Call and engage with incoming leads who have shown interest in our programs.
- Understand learner requirements and qualify leads based on eligibility and interest.
- Assist students with document collection and verification.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
- Build positive relationships with prospective learners through effective communication.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed graduation (any stream).
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with prospects over phone calls.
- Basic understanding of sales, customer service, or business development.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM or similar tools) is a plus.
