Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments
• Generate leads through builders, architects, consultants, and contractors
• Promote elevator and escalator products, modernization, and AMC services
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams for project execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
