Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gujarat Region. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research to identify potential clients, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of 20+ field sales executives.
  • Acquire and onboard corporate & SME clients through demos and trials.
  • Execute regional marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand presence.
  • Maintain CRM records and report sales performance.
  • Conduct weekly training and performance reviews.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business or Marketing.
  • 2+ years of field sales or channel management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
