Location: Pune

Salary Range: 5 - 7 LPA + Incentives

Employment Type: Full-time

Your mandate is clear

  • Own the student journey from first interaction to move-in
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings with confidence and empathy
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right property
  • Follow up consistently to drive decision-making
  • Maintain high conversion rates and occupancy contribution
  • Represent Zolo with clarity, trust, and responsiveness

What you will be responsible for

1. Manage Customer Conversations

  • Speak with students and parents via calls and WhatsApp
  • Understand requirements (budget, location, college, move-in date)
  • Build trust through clear and confident communication

2. Drive Conversions

  • Recommend the most suitable properties
  • Guide customers through decision-making
  • Handle objections and close bookings effectively

3. Follow-up & Relationship Management

  • Stay consistent with follow-ups
  • Nurture leads until conversion
  • Ensure no potential customer is dropped

4. Booking & Move-in Coordination

  • Help customers complete booking formalities
  • Share accurate move-in details
  • Ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to occupancy

5. CRM & Process Discipline

  • Update all interactions in CRM
  • Track pipeline and conversion stages
  • Maintain visibility for team coordination

6. Feedback & Market Insights

  • Capture customer feedback
  • Share insights on pricing, demand, and preferences
  • Contribute to improving sales and product strategy

  • Strong and consistent conversion rates
