Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our
growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and assisting in the development of
strategies to expand our market presence. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn
and contribute to a dynamic team focused on driving business success.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and
expand market reach.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients,
partners, and industry influencers.
● Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and internal teams.
● Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the success of business development
initiatives.
● Stay updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities to keep the company ahead
of the competition.
Qualifications:
● 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
● Basic understanding of business development concepts, market research, and
competitive analysis.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
● High level of motivation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
