Job Overview:

We are a recruitment firm that is specialized in working with hiring requirements for AI and SaaS Startups and we're currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business

Development Associate. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our company's growth by

spearheading efforts to broaden our client base. As the face of our organization, you will

need to possess a strong commitment to devising and implementing impactful sales

strategies. We're seeking someone who is not only ambitious and energetic but also

possesses the strategic acumen to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research New Markets and Client Needs: Take time to explore and understand potential new areas where our services could be useful.
  • Find out what clients are looking for, what problems they need solutions for, and then explain how our services can help them.
  • Set Up Meetings with Potential Clients: Reach out and schedule meetings with SaaS and AI businesses who might be interested in what we offer. This is a chance to introduce ourselves and learn more about their needs.
  • Promote Our Services to Meet Client Goals: Show potential clients how our services can help them achieve their objectives.
  • Tailor our pitch to address their specific concerns or goals, whether it's saving money, increasing efficiency, or something else.
  • Cultivate Long-Term Relationships: Focus on building strong connections with both new and existing clients. This involves ongoing communication, being responsive to their needs, and showing that we're committed to their success over the long haul.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Proven working experience for 6 months to 1 year as a business development associate or sales executive in a recruitment firm
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in B2B sales is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • MBA in marketing, sales, or a relevant field
