Job Description: Business Development Manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by managing client relationships, promoting services, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills, client-facing experience, and a strategic approach to sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and upsell products and services to existing clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and visits
- Prepare and manage sales contracts while ensuring adherence to defined quality standards
- Provide reliable feedback, support, and after-sales service to clients
- Prepare and manage MIS reports on a periodic basis
- Assist in implementing internal processes and procedures
- Identify new opportunities and trendsetter ideas through market research, industry events, and regulatory updates
- Travel as required for client meetings and business development activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound knowledge of business development and relationship management
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple stakeholders
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Relationship Management
- Preferred background in financial services, banking, or related sectors
Job Details:
- Location: Ahemdabad, Gujarat
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday off)
- Experience Required: 5 Years
- Budget: Up to 6 LPA
