About xNETRA (Rugved Services):

xNETRA is an Official Odoo Learning Partner delivering ERP, IoT, surveillance, and RFID solutions to manufacturing, mining, and stone-crushing businesses across India. We are hiring a self-driven BD professional to own the Mumbai market end-to-end.

Position: Business Development Executive – ERP Solutions

Location: Ulwe, Navi Mumbai (with field travel across MMR)

Reports to: Founder & CEO, with mentorship from BD Head (Pune)

Compensation: ₹6–12 LPA fixed + closure incentives

Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn outbound, BNI chapters, industry associations, and on-ground visits to MIDC clusters (Taloja, Rabale, Mahape, Patalganga, Khopoli)
  • - Run discovery calls and product demos for Odoo ERP and Stone Crusher ERP
  • - Maintain a healthy pipeline of 30+ active opportunities in CRM
  • - Own the deal from first contact through closure; coordinate clean handoff to the implementation team
  • - Hit a quarterly closure target (defined post-probation)

Must-have:

  • 3–6 years selling B2B software / ERP / SaaS (Odoo, Tally, Zoho, SAP B1, MS Dynamics, or similar)
  • - Track record of self-prospecting — not just appointment-following
  • - Comfortable with daily field meetings across MMR
  • - Working knowledge of GST, accounting basics, and core ERP modules
  • - Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Good-to-have:

  • Past sales into manufacturing, mining, or construction sectors
  • - Active BNI or professional network presence
  • - Ability to run a basic Odoo demo independently within 30–45 days of joining
