Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to expand our IT infrastructure and software solutions portfolio. If you have a passion for technology sales, a strong consultative selling approach, and the ability to close deals, we want to hear from you!

✅ Business Software Solutions: Enterprise Applications, Visitor Management Solutions, 1 Office View, EAS , YATRI etc

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and qualify leads through strategic prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships, ensuring long-term business growth.
  • Conduct solution-based selling, presenting customized IT solutions to clients.
  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Identify market trends, analyze competition, and develop penetration strategies.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Effectively manage large enterprise accounts and close high-value deals.

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience: 2 to 7 years in IT Sales 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of IT SaaS, and enterprise software solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end sales processes
  • Knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies
  • Sales certifications in IT solutions (preferred)
