About the Company

To make this vision a reality, we are scaling up our team and are looking for a Business Development Executive.

Job location: Pune

Pay range and compensation package: CTC: 3 to 5 lacs PA + incentives, PF, medical insurance

About the Role

This is a full time role and is an immediate requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Making cold calls and talking to new people
  • Ability to connect with people instantly and gain their trust
  • Eager to expand company with new sales and clients
  • In-depth understanding of iThrive unique services and its position in the industry
  • Resilience to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.

Qualifications

  • Maximum 3 years of experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with a CRM software preferred
