Role Overview
In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, support strategic outreach, and interact
with clients across India, the MENA region, and the USA. If you're eager to learn the ropes of
B2B IT sales and grow your career in business development, this is the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
● Research and identify potential clients across industries
● Build a healthy pipeline through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and calls
● Generate qualified leads for the sales team
● Draft effective outreach messages, proposals, and follow-ups
● Engage prospects to understand their needs and position TechBulls solutions
● Schedule meetings and demos with senior leadership
● Collaborate with Delivery, Engineering, and Leadership teams
● Maintain updated CRM records● Prepare weekly reports on outreach and conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Excellent communication skills (written & verbal – English)
● Strong interpersonal and client-facing abilities
● Ability to grasp and explain technical concepts
● High ownership, drive, and willingness to learn
● Internship or experience (0–3 years) in sales, BD, or client management
● Knowledge of IT services, software development, or SaaS
● Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or outreach platforms
