Territories (Zones)
Zone 1: Gurgaon, Manesar & South Delhi, such as GK-I, GK-II, Qutub Institutional Area, Saket, Vasant Kunj, Vasant Vihar.
Zone 2: Noida, Noida Expressway, Greater Noida & East Delhi such as Mayur Vihar.
Zone 3: Part of South Delhi, such as Nehru Place, Jasola, Mohan Co-operative, Faridabad & Ballavgarh.
(Each Field Sales Representative will be assigned a defined zone.)
Role Objective
The Field Sales Representative will represent Wikka's products and services in the assigned territory, make Cold Calls, scan Commercial Buildings, carry out Sales Prospecting, generate Qualified Leads, build a strong Point of Contact (POC) Database and gather critical market and competition intelligence to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Conduct Field Visits, Cold Calls and on-ground Prospecting in key Business Districts of Delhi/NCR Region across Commercial Buildings, Corporate/ IT Parks, Offices, Co- Working Spaces, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Four-Star and Five-Star Hotels, Restaurants and Salons.
Identify and generate New Sales Leads and Business Opportunities.
Collect accurate Contact Details of Key Decision Makers/POCs and report them to the Business Development Team/Leadership Team.
Set up Meetings, Product Discussions and Demo between prospective Clients and Business Development/Sales/ Leadership Team.
Market Mapping & Competition Mapping
Scan the Commercial Towers, IT /Corporate Park, and potential Corporate Workspaces, Co- Working Spaces, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Four-Star and Five-Star Hotels, Restaurants and Salons within the assigned territory and map the same in terms of the Name & Contact Details of POCs.
Track competitor presence, product offerings, and put efforts to gather information on Pricing.
Share structured competition intelligence and market insights with the Sales/ Business Development/Leadership Team.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain an updated prospect database and sales pipeline.
Record all leads, visits, and interactions in CRM tools such as Field Sense.
Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to the Business Development/ Sales Team.
Process & Improvement
Follow defined sales and physical lead-generation processes
Identify and suggest best practices to improve physical, lead-generation strategies
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support conversions

oTimely submission of End Of The Day Reports/ Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports
oAdherence to sales processes and reporting standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Prior experience 4+ years of relevant Field Sales Experience with Market Research or on- ground prospecting preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Field Sense or similar platforms
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
High level of self-motivation and willingness to grow within a sales organisation
Proven experience in Fragrance, Personal Care, Wellness or FMCG Industry is an advantage
