Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Noida

Work Mode: WFO / Fulltime

We are looking for a high-ownership operator to work directly with the CEO on lead management, outbound outreach, and pipeline conversion for our Semiconductor & HPC

services.

This role requires someone who can independently run outreach, maintain pipeline discipline, and drive outcomes — not just execute tasks.

What You'll Own:

● End-to-end lead lifecycle management (inbound + outbound)

● High-quality calling, follow-ups, and deal progression

● Structured CRM/ERP pipeline management (zero lead leakage)

● Email + LinkedIn outreach campaigns with measurable outcomes

● Lead enrichment using Lusha and Apollo.io

● Daily coordination with CEO on priorities, deal movement, and execution

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Information Technology

● MBA (Sales/Marketing) is a plus

● 1–3 years of experience in:

○ Inside Sales / Business Development / Lead Operations

○ B2B outbound sales or pipeline management roles

What We're Looking For

● Strong communication skills (calls, email, structured follow-ups)

● Proven ability to manage and convert a lead pipeline independently

● High discipline in CRM hygiene and tracking

● Comfortable with daily calling and persistent follow-ups

● Strong ownership mindset — ability to operate without hand-holding

● Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel / Google Sheets

Good to Have

● Experience selling to Semiconductor / HPC / Deep Tech companies

● Familiarity with outbound tools (Lusha, Apollo, etc.)

● Startup or founder's office experience

● Exposure to international B2B sales
