Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gurugram & Noida. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for engaging in effective communication with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation practices
  • Experience in Business development and strategic planning
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficiency in Account Management to handle client interactions and drive customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines
  • Relevant experience in the real estate industry or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
