White Dairy Farms and Foods Pvt Ltd, based in Kochi, has delivered preservative-free fresh milk to over 7000 homes across the city. The company has experienced consistent growth of over 70% year over year since its establishment, with a dedicated team of nearly 50 members managing daily operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at White Dairy Farms and Foods Pvt Ltd in Kochi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for running the day to day operations, starting at 5:00 am daily and implementing strategies to ensure sales targets are met.

Compensation : INR 2,40,000 (Rs.20,000/- per month)

Qualifications

• Should be a team player with good value systems - we as a brand want to do good for the people and the planet
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the dairy, agri or food industry is a plus
• We are looking for someone who has 0-3 yr WorkEx

Recruitment Process:

There will be a 3 month probation period during which we will be giving a stipend of Rs.15,000/-. The confirmation of the person for the role will depend on the work done during the same period.
