Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and professionals about training programs and career

pathways.

Handle walk-in and online enquiries, provide detailed information, and convert leads into

admissions.

Maintain and follow up with potential students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.

Maintain proper records in CRM and ensure timely reporting to the management.

Collaborate with marketing and training teams for event and workshop coordination.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Academic Counsellor or in a similar counselling/sales

role (preferably in an IT training institute).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and presentation abilities.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
