Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining current relationships, and successfully closing property deals.
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential clients seeking real estate opportunities.
  • Market properties effectively through various channels to attract interested buyers.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and other teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide thorough information to prospective buyers. Negotiate property sales and contracts to achieve favorable terms for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to conduct property market analysis.
  • Experience in handling client visits and virtual both.
  • Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Client Relationship Management (CRM), Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Communication.
