About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities and generate enterprise sales for our AI data services portfolio.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong sales pipelines, conducting discovery calls, presenting solutions, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and research potential enterprise clients across global markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, referrals, events, and outbound prospecting.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Research target accounts, AI initiatives, and key decision-makers.
  • Develop account-based outreach strategies to engage enterprise prospects.
Sales & Business Development
  • Generate new business opportunities for Macgence's AI data services.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements and business challenges.
  • Present company capabilities, solutions, and value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Prepare customized proposals, commercial quotations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Ensure seamless handover to Account Management and Delivery teams after deal closure.
Market Research & Strategy
  • Stay updated on AI industry trends, customer requirements, and market developments.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and positioning.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to leadership and marketing teams.
CRM & Sales Operations
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Track sales activities and pipeline progression.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Support forecasting and revenue planning activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing to execute lead-generation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams on solution design and proposal development.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Leadership teams on commercial approvals and contracts.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, or Technology Services Sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and consultative selling.
  • Experience selling AI, SaaS, IT Services, Data Services, or Technology Solutions will be highly preferred.
